Booking Appointments
Appointments are available by reservation only.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.
Please review all policies before booking your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that life happens and schedules occasionally change.
More than 48 hours' notice

Appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. Any applicable booking deposit transfers to the new appointment.
24-48 hours' notice

A $50 late cancellation fee applies. Any booking deposit is forfeited and does not transfer.
Less than 24 hours' notice

A $75 cancellation fee applies. Any booking deposit is forfeited and does not transfer.
No-Show Appointments

The client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments must be prepaid.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time so we can maximize your appointment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a $25 late fee.

Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require rescheduling.

Late arrivals do not reduce the cost of the scheduled service.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please arrive with your hair prepared according to your appointment instructions.
Depending on your service, this may include:

Hair free of excessive product buildup

Hair completely dry when instructed

Hair detangled if requested

Hair free of oils, butters, or heavy styling products
Additional preparation time may require additional service charges or rescheduling.
Guest & Children
To provide a calm, relaxing, luxury experience, appointments are reserved for scheduled clients only.
Unless previously approved, guests and children should not accompany appointments.
During Your Appointment
Please silence your phone upon arrival.
Brief calls are understandable in emergencies; however, extended phone conversations may interfere with your appointment experience and that of other clients.
Feel free to relax, enjoy the peaceful environment, read, listen to music, or simply unwind.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed during booking.
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and transferable only when appointments are rescheduled according to the cancellation policy.

Every recommendation made during your appointment is based on preserving the long-term health and integrity of your hair.
If a requested service is not in the best interest of your hair, I reserve the right to decline or modify the service. My commitment is to the health of your hair before anything else.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to me.
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
